About Fair Supports
An Australian disability support business built on fairness, respect and genuine relationships.
Support the way it should feel
Fair Supports exists because everyone deserves support that respects their choices, communicates clearly and treats them as the expert in their own life. We provide community access, daily living support, group activities, support coordination and accommodation enquiries. Support coordination is a big part of what we do. We help participants understand their plans, connect with the right services and feel confident managing their supports.
Our workers come from many cultural backgrounds and share one approach: participant led support, delivered warmly and reliably. Whether you need a support worker for community outings and group activities, a hand at home, or a support coordinator to help your plan work harder for you, we shape everything around your goals.

- Attend community events

Support Coordination
Making your NDIS plan clearer and your supports work better together.
How support coordination may help
- Understand your plan and what's in it
- Connect with suitable services and providers
- Connect with community and mainstream supports
- Build confidence managing your supports
- Identify barriers and work through them
- Review whether supports are working
- Prepare for changes and plan reviews
- Coordinate supports around your goals
Support coordination vs plan management
Support coordination helps you find, connect and coordinate your supports.
Plan management is a different support that handles paying invoices and tracking budgets.
Many participants have both. We're happy to explain how they fit together.
Honest, independent guidance
We'll always be clear about what support coordination can and can't do. We can't promise additional funding or particular plan outcomes, but we can help you understand your options and make confident, informed choices.

Housing, SIL & Accommodation

Let's talk about the right home for you

Areas we have discussed for future housing options include:
All locations and vacancies are pending confirmation. Please contact us to check what's currently available, or to register your interest in another area.
Understanding the terms
Housing language can be confusing. Here's the plain-English version.
Housing / accommodation
The physical place you live, meaning the house or unit itself, paid for through rent and ordinary living costs.
SIL support
Help with daily tasks in your home, often shared with housemates. SIL funding does not pay rent or ordinary living costs.
SDA
Specialist Disability Accommodation. Funding related to specially designed housing for people with very high support needs.
STA
Short Term Accommodation. A short stay away from home, sometimes called respite.
MTA
Medium Term Accommodation. Somewhere to live for a limited time, for example while waiting for a long term home.
Rent & living costs
Everyday costs like rent, food and utilities. These stay your responsibility and are separate from support funding.
Thinking about your housing options?
Ask us anything. We'll explain your options honestly and never pressure you.
We aim to respond to new enquiries within one business day.
For Participants & Families
What you can expect from Fair Supports, and what stays firmly in your hands.
You're in charge. We mean it.
Choosing a support provider is a big decision. Here's what choosing Fair Supports looks like:
- No pressure start: a friendly conversation first, decisions later
- You pick your goals: supports are shaped around what you want
- Worker matching: if a match doesn't feel right, we change it
- Plain language: clear service agreements, no confusing jargon
- Flexibility: change or stop services in line with your service agreement
Your rights with us
- Choice and control over your supports
- Dignity, respect and privacy
- Screened, safety checked workers
- The right to give feedback or complain, including anonymously
- The right to use an advocate at any time
- Clear steps for raising concerns
Safeguarding and respect, always
Your safety and dignity come first. Our workers are screened, and we take every piece of feedback seriously. If something isn't right, we want to know, and we'll act on it respectfully.
Common questions from participants & families
Can family members or nominees enquire for someone?
Yes. Families and nominees are very welcome to enquire. We'll always involve the participant and seek their consent before supports begin.
What if I don't like my support worker?
Tell us, honestly and without worry. Worker matching only works when you're comfortable, and requesting a change is completely okay.
Can I change or stop services?
Yes, in line with your service agreement. We'll explain the notice arrangements in plain language before you sign anything.
Do you decide if I'm eligible for the NDIS?
No. We're not the NDIS or NDIA, and we can't make eligibility or funding decisions. We can support you to understand your options and connect with the right people.

No. Fair Supports is an independent Australian disability support business. We are not the NDIS or NDIA and don't represent the government. We can't make funding, eligibility or plan decisions.
Can you guarantee funding, housing or a start date?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says they can. What we can promise is honest communication about what's realistic for your situation.
How do I refer a participant?
Use the Refer a Participant form or contact us directly. We review suitability and availability, then contact the participant or nominee with consent. Every referral receives an acknowledgement and reference number.
